Hello arrogant Owner towards Asians, Not respecting loyal customers. I am seeing your store from last 2 Years and I have recommended your store to my family and friends more than 200+ people. Very arrogant lady. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this salon. I arrived with my son for a haircut and waited 45 minutes, as there was only one stylist available for women’s cuts. When my son became hungry, we stepped next door for two minutes. Even though my name was next on the list, the stylist began serving the customer who arrived after me. Worst hair cut ever. I hate hate hate it when you go to get your haircut, you have an idea what you want, you ask for like half an inch off the top, (I probably asked for not too short 100 times) and they chop most of your hair off (like 2 full inches) and you can't really un-cut it can you? I don't know how many times I said please not too short on top and they just keep cutting and cutting. I’ve tried this hair salon two times and after both of them cried for hours. The first time I went there, I asked for a specific type of hair style that had side bangs, the person that did me and my moms hair said to me “your hair isn’t meant for this.” I didn’t say anything because she is older than me and I must show respect but at this point I am far beyond my limit.
