Don't rent here. They tow your car while helping autistic people move out. They left a tiny scrap notice folded under a window facing away from the apartments. No way we could see it.

The lack of communication here is frustrating and disappointing. Save yourself the headache and check out Lindsey Apartments instead.

I’ve lived here for about three years, and for most of that time, it has easily been one of the better apartment communities in NWA. The property is well-maintained, the pricing is reasonable, and the floor plans are spacious and comfortable. I’ve generally had a good experience living here. Update: Unfortunately, the positive experience ends when it’s time to move out. Management states there is a fee unless I replace the stove drip pans with specialized GE-brand ones, even though the apartment came with cheap, generic pans... read more
