Amazing place to live! The management is responsive, the amenities are excellent, and the apartments are modern and well-maintained. The location is perfect—peaceful yet close to everything. Highly recommend
The front gate (I’m sure i pay for) has not worked besides the first month i moved in (October 2023). The gate in front of my building 4001 has been broken since Jan 5, 2025. When i called asking about the gate in front of 4001, i was told that it would be fixed within the week. It has been 2 months since then. The front gate to the complex has not worked since approx Oct 2023. Again, I’m sure i pay extra fees to live in a gated community, and it bewilders me that the gate has been broken almost 2 years. I Street Modern Apartments provides a welcoming enviroment for its tenants. Within a mile you can reach many places - groceries, markets, etc. Gives a fresh feeling of being at our home - new carpets, spacious kitchen, nice rooms and bath. More importantly, the property manager, staff and maintenance crew are doing an awesome job of serving the tenants. The flagrant club house with coffee is a bonus. We love I Street.
