I absolutely love this place! Office staff and maintenance staff are top notch! They will work with you on any issue you may have. Very very quick response for anything. They really went above and beyond to help me get everything lined up to move in and answered every question and I had plenty!!

I had the pleasure of touring an apartment with Lydia. She showed me all of the great amenities and the apartment was beautiful! I appreciate the kindness that Bethany and Rachel showed in making sure that I had adequate information and even a video of the apartment before coming in town to tour! This is a great property with an amazing staff!
We love living at I Street. We live the proximity to everything Bentonville has to offer. We thoroughly enjoy the pool in the summertime and we love that the leasing staff goes out of their way to host community events!
