Very poor customer service. I brought my phone in for repair,the job was to take 2 days max, i was given a number for communication by the lady at the desk however they never communicated, never picked up my call nor texted back, I went to pick up my phone after the specified dates only to find the store was sold and had moved to a different unit without any notice given, I inquired about the poor communication but the guy was just so rude mentioning that he owes no one any explanation. Poor customer service in general.
