This place is DISGUSTING. The tools they used are NOT SANITIZED. They did not rip open a fresh pack of tools before the pedicure. The pedi chairs are grimey, and we witness several nail techs RINSE AND BRUSH OFF the pumice stone before using it on a new customer. The keychain with all the colors on it is a HOT DISORGANIZED MESS. I’m no nail tech, but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that this place is GROSS. First time going to this salon and I wouldn’t recommend. Most of the nail techs were rude and honestly it didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. The nail tech I got was nice but after showing her my inspo pic she kept getting the colors wrong even though I would tell her the colors and she had a picture to look at but would use a different color. I wish I could rate less than 1 star. I have never had a worse experience in getting my nails done in 20+ years. No communication from the tech. The tech cut me several times. Nailed look worse than they did when I arrived at the “salon”. Unless you are a regular, I imagine you will not get good service. It seemed like I was more of a bother than someone there for a service. The place was very dirty. Tools used were not taken from the sterilize machine to cut my cuticles.
