I wish I could rate less than 1 star. I have never had a worse experience in getting my nails done in 20+ years. No communication from the tech. The tech cut me several times. Nailed look worse than they did when I arrived at the “salon”. Unless you are a regular, I imagine you will not get good service. It seemed like I was more of a bother than someone there for a service. The place was very dirty. Tools used were not taken from the sterilize machine to cut my cuticles. NEVER GO....WORST PLACE EVER. Wish I could put negative stars. When I get there, I walk to the counter and am sent to sit in a seat to wait for someone to assist me with my nails. That seat was broken so I went to sit in a different one. After a 30min wait a woman came to where I was seated and started to file my nails for a new set. Bad service, unprofessional! Overpriced for acrylic nail refill and change of color. Nail tech kept cutting my cuticle and cheap product's applied to my nails. Felt burning sensation all through the process. After a week, acrylic nail lifting up! 🤦🏻‍♀️
