I go here maybe 2xs a year when I'm visiting family. They always rush you! I came for a pedicure. Lady 1 tells me to sit at a pedicure chair, then the lady "in charge" tells her no. I also indicated I wanted my Eyebrows done and Lady 1 says she cud do them right away. Lady "in charge" tells her no and then switches me to Lady 2. Lady 2 puts me in the same pedicure chair. It was great but the person who did my sister nails cut her nail open and she was so rough my sister was about to cry needs better customer service
