Great experience after a bad start – I had a Groupon deal for a one-hour massage, one-hour facial, and eye rejuvenation treatment. After getting off to a bad start (my appointment had not been written in the book when I called the week prior, and the receptionist could not understand English well enough to understand what I was saying to her), everything improved rapidly once I was settled in. BAD FACIAL!!!!! – HANDS down the worst facial...if you can call it that.. I've ever had. Like the reviewer before me I also look as though I've been stung by bees and left scabby and horrible. I'm ashamed to show my face. I don't even have sensitive skin! This place should be shut down!!!!!!! I've had many facials before for spa week and never have I walked away with a bloody, bruised up face. The woman behind the counter taking money actually looked at me in horror and asked if I was okay.
Not so sure about this one – I when to this spa yesterday for a deep cleaning. Mind you, I didnt have one pimple or acne scar on my face. The lady doing my procedure told me I HAVE VERY SENSITIVE SKIN. Next thing I know is how swollan and bad my face looks after the procedure. all you could want – This is a wonderful local place that is a great alternative to paying high Manhattan prices or going into some of the less than Astoria nail salons. Prices are definitely reasonable (eyebrow waxing maybe a little high), and the service is fantastic. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and the massages given during pedicures and manicures are better than I've ever had at a nail salon. Also, I've never had a problem walking in.

Clean and spacious with great service; What a gem! – My friend visited this spa for a few times and recommended to do facials together. We made the reservation few days in advance and when I was there, I was impressed about the decor, cleanliness and the space. In addition, they have a lot of rooms including the couple rooms for use. The staff makes you feel right at home, and we wanted to stay all day. What a great experience and I recommend to all my friends.
