I’ve been here a few times but the sanitary conditions has been getting worst and worst. Again, this is the most dirtiest salon and unclean environment I’ve stepped in NYC. Someone should report this place as unsanitary to New York State Department of State because this salon does not comply with health and safety regulations. I get my hair done by stephanie with a Japanese perm every year. It looks wonky at first since it’s so flat, but when it grows out it looks okay. she gives you honest opinions about what looks good on you and what doesn’t. Sometimes it doesn’t look great though.
