We have needed a roof for sometime so we got some quotes from 3 companies. I Roof's owner, Michael personally came to my house to complete an estimate in August of 2020. Six months later we were ready to start the job and select his estimate and the estimate was the same! They started on Wednesday after accepting the contract and finished on Friday. Roof went from worst on the block to best. Estimate was final cost with no increases. Best price, best service, best quality = Best Roof Dont mess around, choose I Roof.
Short version: We got quotes from four highly rated roofers. Each roofer appeared competent and any of them could have done the job. Michael's quote was quickly done, quite competitive and complete. Michael was friendly and honest from the start. He and his crew did a fabulous job, my wife noticed the tiles are well aligned and the roof looks better than it ever did.
