They did an excellent job replacing my shingles with a standing seam metal roof, would recommend them to anyone looking for a metal roof.
I would recommend I Roof to anyone that wants their roof professionally done. Ilya was a huge help from the beginning to choosing the metal tiles for my roof to the completion of the build. The roof looks amazing! I also received a 50 year warranty. This new metal roof will definitely out live me, but it great to know that I can pass that warranty onto the owner of my home. Great experience. Ilya answered all my questions (multiple phone calls and texts) before purchase, the roof was done quickly and the crew leader Sasha helped me go up on the roof and take a look myself. After the first rain, I discovered my gutters were low in some places and the water running off the roof could get to the wood, behind the gutters. The crew came out again for free and put in additional metal strips to get the water into the gutters. I very much appreciated that.
We just got a standing seam roof, facia, soffit, and gutters from I-Roof and we couldn’t be more pleased. It looks great, and it will last a lifetime. Ilya showed me a number of options in the way of beautiful metal shingles that look like cedar shake, terracotta tiles, and other decorative shapes, but I went with standing seam to make solar panel installation easier in the future.
