I would like to vent my disgust at the quality of the I-Trolleys. After waiting 25+ minutes for an I-trolley (which is a disgrace on its on. I-trolleys used to run every 10 minutes) one EVENTUALLY came and my family looked in the trolley and seen a few people sitting down and the driver drove straight past the full bus stop even though about 6 of us stuck our arm out to signal the driver. Good value for money ($18 each for unlimited usage), however, did not meet one happy or helpful driver whilst using the services. Whenever asking a question it seemed that they did not want to help.
The best bus ever love the tunes on it great way to get about the I drive. I can't wait to go back on this.

I like the service but I think you should finish the route before shift change people could be in a hurry to get where they are going and the process takes 10 to 15 minutes for the shift change
Really efficient. The friendliest drivers anywhere.
