Was waiting for close to 20 minute. Finally shows up going 50 miles an hour down a 35. Am standing at the stop with my family and decides not to stop and pick us up. Bus was half empty so thats no excuse. Called the customer service number and there is excuse was the supervisor wanted to start from some place else. REALLY!!! So hell with those who are waiting patiently for several minutes. What kind of logic is that. Loved it! The passes were super cheap, and can be purchased at a ton of shops and hotels. It is very convenient option for replacing a taxi or a rental car. The stops are at popular locations, and there are many of them. I never had an issue with the drivers passing me up at the stops or being rude. For a first timer, visiting Orlando, they answered my questions about where to get off and what popular places to visit. And the estimated arrival time via text is super helpful, and only off by a few minutes depending on traffic... read more
