Requested repairs are not attended to. 1200 a month gets you the attached quality home. Won't answer phone during business hours. Immature, unprofessional, and irresponsible property management. Moved into house, a/c failed, repaired with used unit, days later.
They are a great company and will work with you no matter what your needs are. Highly recommend them
I have only been with Irent4you since April and I have to say so far this is a great management company. They are on top of all request and respond in a quick timely manner. Joanna was a pleasure to work with and Carey gets everything we need taken care of. I would definitely refer others to them. Great Job guys!
