If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with this property management company was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. First, the water was constantly being shut off--usually with only about an hour's warning. These shutoffs would last for hours, sometimes from 10 AM to 2 PM, and included the toilets. Seriously, who can just hold it in for four hours in the middle of the day? It was completely unreasonable and incredibly disruptive to daily life. The unit we lived in was surrounded by filth. I have been living in one of their buildings for 2 years now. The people in the office are helpful and friendly. Allina always goes out of her way (and job description) to make sure our needs are met and are problems are solved quickly and correctly.
