8 years at my place. Incredibly responsive and anytime there was an issue It was handled swiftly and efficiently. LGBTQIA+ ally too!
Had to stand firm to get our deposit back after an absurd 31 days — and was attacked personally for doing so.

Absolutely the worst property managers and people in general I've ever had to deal with. In the first two weeks of living in the property I literally had to stay home everyday for service calls. Water heater (6 service calls), hot tub, ceiling fan, shower heads, toilet, dishwasher (clogged with food from previous tenant). Inge claimed that she "personally conducted a walk-through". That didn't change the fact that nothing was in working condition and even light fixtures around the house had half of the bulbs burnt out. I use... read more
