It is totally rip off. After many calls from American flagship the sales person convinced me to switch my credit card processor to them and told lots of lies about their lower fees, I finally committed a mistake and signing their contract. Despite, I found later they are nothing just another scammer in this world. They made a stupid contract against what I requested ( eventually I found there company is small to handle my transactions).
