BEWARE. Horrible service. Employees very rude. Provided incorrect address for check in. We arrived early and still missed our boat as employees stated that the boat left before we got there

I went with my friends and we did jet ski and a boat party last week, it was the best experience we had in Miami. The whole team that took care of us was extremely polite and helpful.
SCAM!!!!! Beware. Scheduled jetski's and the address on website was different from address sent out which caused us to be 2 mins late. We rescheduled for the next hour, as 30 mins past from the reschedule, there's no communication or updates on our reservation. Come to find out they had an "internal issue and will have to close" They have you speaking with different people saying different things and it was just chaotic.
