I went with my friends and we did jet ski and a boat party last week, it was the best experience we had in Miami. The whole team that took care of us was extremely polite and helpful.
SCAM!!!!! Beware. Scheduled jetski's and the address on website was different from address sent out which caused us to be 2 mins late. We rescheduled for the next hour, as 30 mins past from the reschedule, there's no communication or updates on our reservation. Come to find out they had an "internal issue and will have to close" They have you speaking with different people saying different things and it was just chaotic. We booked our 3 hour water adventure the night before. First, we had a very hard time trying to figure out where the location was. The website and location are totally separate which is very misleading. Secondly, when trying to figure out where the location was with the address, we called several times. No answer. We texted. I had a very disappointing experience with this jet ski rental. Starting with check-in, the person I communicated with for my reservation didn’t have my name listed. Even after showing proof of my booking and receipt, she still questioned it before finally acknowledging it. That was frustrating and unprofessional right from the start. Our scheduled time was 5:00 PM, but we didn’t actually get on the jet skis until 5:40 PM.
