I had a very disappointing experience with this jet ski rental. Starting with check-in, the person I communicated with for my reservation didn’t have my name listed. Even after showing proof of my booking and receipt, she still questioned it before finally acknowledging it. That was frustrating and unprofessional right from the start. Dishonest and unprofessional. The check-in address displayed on their website was incorrect, which caused us to go to the wrong location and miss the jet ski activity. As foreign customers, we relied on the official information shown online. They later claimed that a different address was sent by SMS and refused any refund, shifting all responsibility to the customer. Beware – this is not a yacht experience! What’s advertised as a luxury yacht is actually an old boat, and the “unlimited drinks” are extremely watered down. Overall, the experience was disappointing and felt very misleading. This was not what we were promised. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more honest and enjoyable experience.

Beware! This is not a “yatch” it’s a beat up old boat. You might get “unlimited drinks” but they’re so watered down it’s nearly impossible to get a buzz. Complete rip off and false advertisement…stay away from this company. Note* They claim you get a yatch after 7pm but this is completely false.
