- Instead of just doing the job hired to do, Nick decided he would install himself as a manager of the property. Engaging in unauthorised conversations with our tenants which extended to taking photos inside their units, also unauthorised. - Failed to provide a detailed invoice for the work performed despite repeated requests. Painted internal and external old 3 bedroom rural house - lots of cleaning / prep required. Nick was friendly and down to earth and even worked right through Sunday to get the job done. A decent local family man and a spot on finish. Result well above expectation. He even painted some very old built ins (30+ yrs old) and they came up pristine. Would recommend.
Nick did a fantastic job of painting out 3 bedroom duplex. He was quick to respond with a quote. Kept us up to date of what he was up to daily. Worked hard and got it finished within a week. Covered everything with drop sheets. Left the place tidy. Great Job👍
