First off, Dr. I and his team are very kind! From the front office to the dental chair. Dr. I gave me more than one option for fixing my class III crossbite and he assured me that he will do his best to provide me with a straight smile. Also, I'm impressed with their treatment coordinator. She really works with you in making a game plan when it comes to treatment and payment. It was an all around great experience!
Our daughter received phase 1 braces (spacer). My husband was unsure if it was worth the expense and he now feels it was the best investment-our daughter gained self confidence and her overall appearance is now stunning! Thanks to Dr.I and staff she will forever have a "Hollywood" smile!ð

Fast paced... a little crazy (I like that- I think), very different! I knew technology had changed a bit, but it was far more than I expected. Great people, good teamwork and fantastic doctor. There is definitely a sense of fun and family at this office. They celebrate milestones too. All of it is something I can support!
Good. Had to wait because X-rays were not there from dentist. I would have liked to see Andrew looked at by the doctor and discussed the reasons for braces and what would be the plan. I am visual, so that would have been helpful.
Hands down one of the top 3 best customer experiences we've experienced not just in a dental office but ANYWHERE! Dr. I and Staff were nothing short of amazing made my son feel like he was getting a spa treatment and all he got was braces. Thank you!
