Been coming here for over 15 years with my family. Dr. Phong Bui is knowledgeable and him and his wife are very decent people. He recommended me the best LASIK surgeon and 10 years later, my surgery was a success story due to his post op after-care. Everytime I needed an emergency contacts or glasses, he was always generous and made sure the items came on time. You are in very good hands with him.
Quick and easy experience. Staff were super friendly and took their time to help me find the perfect pair. They were extremely accommodating when my new pair required additional adjustments to my liking.
everyone at this office was very nice and helpful, my glasses were ready within 20 minutes at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for glasses + contacts
The doctor it might be good but the service pay good money for the frames or they brake day after or the brand logo falls out and you go back for help good luck its you problem never again
I Optical Inc. is absolutely amazing! Dr. Phong is the best, very professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. All the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful every visit. My whole family gets our prescription glasses here, and we are always beyond satisfied with the service and quality. I can’t say enough great things about this place. Highly recommend!
