Karen with I ON realty & investments is a very very good agent she takes care of her business right away. If you have a problem, she’s on it or she’ll get the answer for you that you need! and with today’s economy, the way people act I really appreciate her and the company she works for I highly recommend them!
I would not rent from this company for more reasons than one. Not only are they unprofessional and dishonest, they do not repair things up to par or if at all. They also kept the majority of my security deposit to pay for things that are considered normal wear and tear according to the useful life rule. This company and those who work for it are the epitome of a slum lord. If you want to rent from someone who cares about their tenants, keeping searching because this is not the place.

Do not use this company for property management services. Nothing but issues when trying to get home rented out. Utilized this company for 5 years and two different managers in hopes things would get better, but took me to come down to get things resolved that took them 4 months with still no resolution that i was able to get done in a few hours.
Scam Alert! They'll take your money for a credit check that they never actually perform, then find reasons that are so obviously made up to deny you. Karen Mather refused to include my income in our application. She sent me an email, after I called her out for scamming us, attempting to gaslight me. She claimed I told her I took time off after having my baby. I never told her that and replied with screenshots of what was actually said, no gaps in my employment whatsoever.
