I wouldn't call anyone else! The cap in my toilet plumbing broke away from the chain and Chris was SO skilled and efficient at finding the correct cap, installing it and making sure it was working properly. He explained the fix, answered my questions, and certainly gave me my monies-worth! I highly recommend I Need A Plumber Now and Chris! The office staff is friendly, listens, and provides great customer service, as well!
