Ryan executed a difficult repair, replacing a 30-year old shut off valve for our toilet. The supply pipe was ancient galvanized steel in a hard-to-reach location. He managed to remove the old valve without breaking the brittle steel pipe. Then he installed the new valve on limited threading without a leak. That probably saved us $1000. I was extremely pleased.
Worked promptly to first fix then replace tankless water heater. Good workers, but only issue was not checking they got the right model of tankless. Thomas worked with me to make it right.
