This place is no longer recommended. Before, all the workers did a good job, but now they're gone. The new people they've hired don't know how to work. I've been going to this place for over two years, but I won't be back! Last week, the owner told me that a new girl did the same job as her, which was a lie. EDIT!!! JULIE WHERE ARE YOU??? 😭 This place has gone far downhill without you, or Johann there. I’ve asked multiple times, but no one will tell me where you’ve gone- or if it’s to another nail salon. No one will pass my information along to you. They act like you fell off the face of the earth. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I think they just don’t want to share business. But I’m so unhappy with my nails, now. I had an appointment for 3pm, and was not acknowledged at all until 3:10. At 3:10 I was told to go sit in one of the pedicure chairs and soak my feet. I soaked in luke warm water, which eventually they finally came and put a touch more warm water into, until 3:45 when someone finally started my nails. They made me wait 45 minutes for my appointment. This is a very nice upscale environment, I typically recieve the Dip Powder, Ken does a magnicicient job hands down, very pollite and friendly the Dip Powder last me for a whole month and half before I need to return . Very good service always and does the shape that you ask for.
