Service sucks all around the board last time going
DO NOT STOP HERE, KEEP GOING! ! I spent $115 on a full set and basic pedicure: OVERALL AWFUL, FROM QUALITY TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I just left there. I WILL NOT GO BACK!! Tech did not have anything to say to me, not ask me my name, how am I doing and she kept pulling my hand over some black prop up thing, uncomfortable, I got acrylic tips done, full set.. And I was charged $50.. I can go KT Nails on Juban & get dipped nails for that price and have conversation with Tech that is polite to me.. or Livingston Nails, I can was getting acrylic nails / polished for $35 in Livingston.. Spent $115 on full set & pedicure, not the best quality of work, not the best customer service, I won't be returning.
I should’ve read the reviews before I visited here. I had an awful experience. The nail tech kept yanking my hand, rolling her eyes and being so nasty to me. She rushed my nails and kept saying “move”, and not once did she make eye contact with me during my manicure. She left so much lotion on my hand when she was done. I was literally shaking because I was so uncomfortable and uneasy. She treated me like total trash, and I sincerely do not know why!! I have never in my LIFE been treated this way at a salon.
