DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON. I hired Ian to redo my 3 bathrooms and all I got was ripped off. I paid him for half up front like it’s customary and he didn’t finish a single bathroom. He kept not showing up when he was supposed to, the work that he did do was terrible quality. He kept asking for more money and refused to finish the bathrooms when I told him I wouldn’t give him anymore money.
