Fantastic experience at I memory. The salon is clean, pretty, and relaxing. My nails always come out perfect when Vivi does them. She's excellent with artwork and designs as well.
I got a gel manicure done 6 days before this photo was taken and gel manicures typically last 3 weeks. Even the next day or the day after a couple of nails started to chip. I didn’t have time to go in to see if they would fix the nails for free due to work and then traveling out of the country for 17 days. I had a positive experience in the nail salon- it was clean, bright, employees didn’t speak much English but were nice, and the location is convenient right next to King Kullen. Kelly is great however the desk receptionist was rude I didn’t go back with the price you pay they need to work on being polite
Vivi (sorry if I spelt her name wrong) was great!! I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails done and she matched it. She is very detailed and great at what she does! I recommend not only her but this nail salon to everyone!! Ask for vivi you won’t regret it :)
You’re treated like cattle in this place. I had Nicole, and as soon as I sat down she was already thinking about the next customer. My pedicure lasted a week and my gel manicure the same. I’m surprised people go here. This is not the level I’m use to with nail salons. This is definitely below average so if you’re good with that go here!
