I had an appointment for a biopsy on a cyst in my neck. They were punctual. All of the staff were personable. They talked me through every aspect of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable with it all. They were very caring and I’d be happy to be referred to them again if necessary.
The treatment of breast cancer patients at this location is despicable. I was booked into Wangaratta private hospital at 7am to have a bilateral mastectomy. I had an appointment for 8:30am at the public hospital in Wangaratta to have a contrast injected into my breasts before my surgery. I arrived at Wangaratta Imed at 8am to be told that they didn't have a booking for me. However, I had received a text confirmation two days beforehand that confirmed the appointment. Why does it take so long to get MRI result Had it on the 19th January my GP chased it they call back it will be ready on Feb 1 Had an apptmnt with eye doctor on Feb 2 and the result is not out yet they can’t do anything with my eye until MRI result
