This review is directed at IMED located in hobart private hospital and this is no way directed to Hobart private hospital. My mom who is in tourist visa attended Hobart Private and required chest x-ray on 13th SEP 2024. The lady who attended my mom's xray was so rude, did not have pateince and empathy when my mom was not able to breathe and hold while performing xray. She was rushing, visibly annoyed and did not even try to understand that she is in emergency who is not able to understand or speak english. I wish i should ha... read more
The radiographer didn't seem to agree with my GP about their being competent to take off the back slab i had on for a CT i had booked. They seemed pretty junior and under-supported it was a cluster, frankly. Also every follow-up call i had to make involved 15 minutes of waiting. These guys were awful to deal with, basically.
