Overall very poor service. Late appointment and wasn't made aware at the start when arriving. Radiographer was very abrupt and not comforting during difficult time. Would not recommend
Very rude and unhelpful staff at the front desk absolutely discussed. Would give 0 stars if I could for customer service
I only had excellent experiences with I-med, even as a returning customer asking for images from years before. 5/5 would use again. Excellent customer service from the lovely Nicole
The team here are so lovely. Was very impressed by how efficient and easy it was to get an x-ray done. Just be advised not to go during the lunch rush as it gets very busy!
