Really unprofessional. When patients take time off work weeks ahead to complete an appointment, and the company calls 5 hours before its to start to cancel, stating the Dr has other things that take care of, and completely unwilling to even TRY to get me rescheduled. My needs are also important but I can tell that this company does not see their patients needs that way. Been going here for 4 or 5 years now. Always been happy with the staff and care. They seem to lean more on natural medicine like supplements and things of that nature when it makes sense rather then being pill pushers, which I can appreciate, but still didn’t hesitate to write me a reasonable Rx when I was having some bad shoulder pain and other health issues that required medicine.
