I&M was quick to help me, and my technician Jeff was knowledgeable and efficient. Jeff also gave me some tips for preventative maintenance I could be doing. Over all I had a good experience.

We had a refrigerator compressor fail. Jeff was our technician. He had to make a couple trips to get the repairs completed, but he made sure the job was done right.
