Jeff came out to do a diagnostic on the furnace. He broke the igniter switch and said there's your problem of which he than said he doesn't have the part for it that he had to order. I told him not to order the part but he ordered it anyways and told us that it will be $320 for the part that I owed him. I payed the invoice in full for his diagnostic and he is saying that we owe him for the part of which we told him not to order.
