I called at 9am Thursday morning. Matt showed up at 11am, diagnose the problem, he left to menards for the replacement part. He NEVER RETURNED OR CALLED. Came back after hours next day. $1k charge!! STEER CLEAR @COST! $700 In Labor charges because them finally showed up to my house after hours to finish the job that they started the day before. Vented my water heater by moving the drywall and rising it a few inches (see photo) and said don't put nothing on the floor.. For the price I paid they should of at least vented the w... read more
