Needs to learn how to answer the phone. "Hello?" Shouldn't you answer with your business name? How about "How can I help you?" I was imposing on him by calling. So sorry to bother you. Keep looking, everyone. Too many others out there who want your business.

March, 2021: We needed another tree removed and reached out to Ian at I M Handy Tree Service again, and as expected, we are very pleased with his service. Ian runs a reliable, fair, dependable business and has years of experience doing anything related to trees and other handyman type repairs as well! He's busy but he will squeeze you in, same day in some cases! He uses the best equipment available and gets the job done RIGHT AND STANDS BEHIND HIS WORK AND HIS WORD!
