I always enjoy my Nail experience with Miss Ann and Richard at I love nails. I have been a repeat customer now many times, I always leave with fabulous looking nails at an affordable and reasonable price. I also love that Miss Ann accepts ClassPass! Because I am an avid class class user and I actually even make the trek all the way from Moncks Corner to see her about once every other month or so. I don’t normally don’t normally do this, but my jaw hit the floor when I was told my fill in was $120 for a gel acrylic with polka dots and chrome— before tip Really loved how they came out but can’t help but feeling robbed after seeing some of the charges. This was my first time at I LUV NAILS and using class pass to book a reservation. My reservation was for a full acrylic set. I already had an set on so yes, I did have to pay extra to take them off. I also asked for French tip but didn’t realize that the reservation I booked only allowed a single color and I would have to pay extra for French tip. INSPO AND ACTUAL NAILS ATTACHED Do not come here. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was completely unacceptable. Before even starting my service, I noticed how dirty the space was. The nail technician did not sanitize or clean her tools after finishing with the previous client, and I watched her walk straight over to me and use them without cleaning.
