This was my first time at I LUV NAILS and using class pass to book a reservation. My reservation was for a full acrylic set. I already had an set on so yes, I did have to pay extra to take them off. I also asked for French tip but didn’t realize that the reservation I booked only allowed a single color and I would have to pay extra for French tip. INSPO AND ACTUAL NAILS ATTACHED Do not come here. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was completely unacceptable. Before even starting my service, I noticed how dirty the space was. The nail technician did not sanitize or clean her tools after finishing with the previous client, and I watched her walk straight over to me and use them without cleaning. Unfortunately this was the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. It was messily done and she used unprofessional methods I’ve never seen used anywhere else. There was color all around my nails, there was a whole piece not even painted and on both my thumbs, half the nail is matte and half is shiny. Some of the polish on 2 fingers extends past the width of my nail. She said I could come back Monday but I don’t even want to use this place again after the blatant carelessness.
