Sam has a fantastic depth of knowledge on the nature of trauma and its presentation in the body. She’s started me on a whole new exploration into myself.
I attended Sam’s Thursday class during an extended visit to Lismore late 2023. Class became an enjoyable part of my routine. Very comfortable facilities with a mix of participants gently and confidently guided by Sam in a 90 minute class. Very nice thing to do.
