Today was my first time coming to Charlotte. I left absolutely happy, satisfied and impressed. She did a consultation before my service, listened to exactly what I wanted and needed. She was great and has great prices! I also bought the products she used in my hair during my service, they smell so good! I can’t wait to come back. Charlotte is my new lady! :)

I have been here for a few years. Charlotte is professional but also treats you like a friend. She listens and explains exactly what she is going to do to ensure you have the results you want.

I've spent years trying to find a stylist who is both skilled at coloring/cuts AND is a pleasure to spend almost two hours conversing with while getting my hair done. Charlotte is that person!! First, she is masterful with color. And she's amazing at hair cuts, always willing to listen or adjust or try something new. On top of that, she's professional, interesting and great to chat with. Her salon is private and so peaceful and calm. She's amazing - highly highly recommend I Love My Hair and Charlotte!
