I’ve never done kickboxing before and am honestly a very shy person but the instructors are so friendly and motivating. They challenge you with tough workouts but also make class fun. I started out doing the 6 week challenge and beat my goal of losing 6% body fat and ultimately became a member. I’ve been inspired by the transformations made from others who’ve joined and I’m so excited for what the future has in store. I love kickboxing has motivated me to be a better version of myself. These classes are amazing! My main goal when joining was to lose some extra weight. I eat a clean diet and work out every day- but I had hit a plateau and was stuck! By taking just a couple of classes every week, I have lost 7 pounds in my first 3 weeks! The instructors are super friendly, and take the time to help you one on one! The classes are challenging, but so fun and rewarding!

ILoveKickboxing Tacoma is AMAZING!!! I participated in the six week challenge back in August of 2018 and I lost 26lbs and 7% body fat!! It really is amazing how this can transform your body! I loved the workouts! Everyone there is so friendly and motivating! The instructors just really want to see everyone succeed!
