Ilovekickboxing.com Tacoma, 5-stars! The staff at this location is fun to work out with. Very positive and helpful. The classes aren't easy, but the hour can go by fast. I hate burpees, but the workout keeps me motivated and in high spirits. The staff also helps with punches and kicks. The workout overall is very positive and with good company.

I’ve never done kickboxing before and am honestly a very shy person but the instructors are so friendly and motivating. They challenge you with tough workouts but also make class fun. I started out doing the 6 week challenge and beat my goal of losing 6% body fat and ultimately became a member. I’ve been inspired by the transformations made from others who’ve joined and I’m so excited for what the future has in store. I love kickboxing has motivated me to be a better version of myself. These classes are amazing! My main goal when joining was to lose some extra weight. I eat a clean diet and work out every day- but I had hit a plateau and was stuck! By taking just a couple of classes every week, I have lost 7 pounds in my first 3 weeks! The instructors are super friendly, and take the time to help you one on one! The classes are challenging, but so fun and rewarding!

LOVE LOVE LOVE I just started last week, and I am addicted and in love! I have been working out at the gym for months now and the workout I am getting here is so much better than the gym. I get to workout without thinking about working out and sweatin my butt off! Love the environment, staff, music is upbeat and amazing all together!!

love it!!!! I enjoy attending classes. the staff are awesome the facility is clean. I enjoy that the staff keeps us motivated by keeping us accountable and making sure we reach our goals. I definitely recommend ilovekickboxing to anyone wanting to workout and have fun while doing it.

iLKB - Tacoma First day of orientation, I was so scared that the workout is going to be a killer workout, but it turns out that the workout is super fun and amazing. The instructors are motivating too, they keep pushing me to work out even harder. The toilets, the changing room, and the carpets are super clean. The staffs really motivate me to come back there.
