I joined as a member of iLoveKickboxing after my first class. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and when I left I felt the desire to come back for more. Yes the classes are intensive but you are encouraged to work out at your own pace while also pushing yourself. I have to thank all the ILK- Hyattsville instructors because they not only help you get the moves right, but also help you incorporate other important aspects of healthy living with their health tidbits at the end of class.

ILoveKickboxing truly changed my life in such little time. They are super supportive even if you mess up, its okay its all apart f the process. you set a goal and they help you reach it. its the best place to go to. i highly recommend it for anyone like me who didnt have a support system. now i do and its all to ILKB.

iLoveKickboxing truly changed the way I think about fitness, working out and my own self. Since joining my studio about 4 months ago, I have seen improvements in my physical ability (never thought I'd be able to do a push up but now I can!), stamina, lost those pounds I'd been struggling with, and truly gained confidence in myself. iLoveKickboxing is my go to workout. The staff are awesome and super motivating, facility is clean, several options for classes. and the workouts are never the same and engage my entire body! Four months in and the results speak for themselves. It's honestly the highlight of my day. Can't recommend it enough!!!

ILKB-Hyattsville is an amazing place to exercise, build healthy habits and friendships. The environment is clean and fun. If you are up for the challenge and you want a full body workout ILKB is the best place for you. I will be a member for life!

I Love Kickboxing - Hyattsville is awesome! There isn't judgement, you'll sweat profusely, there are great instructors - everyone is so friendly! The workouts are intense and will absolutely get you exhausted (in a good way). You can workout at your own pace and still work up a good amount of sweat. I am starting out but am hooked! Although I just started, I look forward to class and can't wait to see my body transform through kickboxing!

I've been taking classes here for about 3 1/2 weeks and I absolutely love staff's great energy and how comprehensive the workouts are. I've seen a bit of results already with toning and weight loss and I always feel motivated to come back soon.
