I Love Kickboxing has been a very welcome change in my life. I was very skeptical and hesitant at first.... I’m not very active or athletic but I wanted to improve my health and stamina so I decided to give it a try. The instructors have been excellent- very helpful and patient! I loved the classes I took at the downtown Brooklyn I Love Kickboxing location, and was loathe to change locations after I moved across town to a different train line - but this place went out of their way to help me with the switch, which I appreciate greatly! Staff and instructors here are friendly, upbeat, and helpful. This is not an intimidating gym to try out if you're a first-timer. Highly recommend!

Immaculately clean, burst of positive and motivational energy, great support system from staff, makes you feel like a regular VIP from your first day and its less intimidating. They helped me build my confidence and self worth. I would love to stay as a lifetime memeber 💜 definately with it. Im 5'7 311 lbs which my goal is 200lbs and it's not easy but it gets easier if i can do it.. so can you!

This place has completely changed my life! I started with 10 classes purchased from Groupon- which was an amazing starter package aside from the 3 class deal the location offers (I learned after the fact) either way, I've never not had a great time there. Everyone is positive, energetic, supportive, and non judgmental. I've also made a few friends there which is a plus. I joined ILoveKickboxing Chelsea in May 2017 and I love it! The instructors are great and really motivating and the classes are challenging and super fun. It's a full body workout combining cardio, strength training and flexibility. I couldn't ask for a better workout, every class kicks my ass in the best way possible! :)
