This place is AMAZING! Instructors are quick to motivate you and teach you how to do it right. I have noticed a great difference in my fitness level, and each time I go in, I feel I can do more than the previous time. It's a great workout and stress reliever. I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrived. Thank you ILKB for your AWESOMENESS!

Love the place, the atmosphere is absolutely amazing. Glad I joined and I look forward to every Friday. can't wait until I am able to go more each week. We work hard and have fun. The instructors are GREAT.

Today was my first day @ ilovekickboxing, it went Great!!!Everyone was so nice, the instructors were very helpful, the studio was super clean ,I got a great workout and had fun doing it!!!! I cant wait to go back for my next session!!!! You need to give it a shot!!! Jessy L.

I am so glad I found iLoveKickboxing! I was a bit nervous going into my first class because I didn't know what to expect. I am so glad I attended...after one class I was hooked and immediately became a member! Even though I have always gone to the gym on a regular basis, I have realized that I sweat way more at iLoveKickboxing, I also enjoy it even more. What an amazing workout!! ILKB will help you burn fat and build muscle all while having a blast doing it!! The gym is always clean and the staff is amazing and definitely know their stuff! So glad I joined.
