Great workout. You leave energized and soaked with sweat. I'm new to kickboxing and glad I gave it a try. I'm now hooked. They have another larger location in dix hills, ny. This location is close to home and gets the job done. Great way to start the year off right. Instructor Diane gets your body working hard!
What a great friendly place, knowlegable trainers, and a super workout. The best I have ever exopierenceed!\nThe workout area is a little small, but I was told they are looking to move to a larger space close by in 2014. \nSo like I said SUPER!!!!
