Was given a 2-4 window and promptly showed up at 2 ... appreciate that. Alex was great. Quickly did a maintenance job on our AC and gave us honest feedback. Didn't try to oversell anything. Great company and would use again.
IKAG is an honest business with great prices. We’ve worked with the owner before and as the company has grown, his employees have shared the same top notch service and respect we’ve come to love. They diagnose with no high pressure sales, and are happy to help however we ask them to. They are respectful of property and do a wonderful job of explaining issues and what services will cost after the diagnosis. Highly recommend them.
Alex was fantastic, fixed the problem quickly, was friendly and professional at the same time. Having the AC stop working during the summer and being pregnant had me about to go crazy! But he got everything working promptly. 10/10 would recommend.
Always good to have these guys come out. They care about their work and stand by it.
