I called at 730am on a Monday and a real person answered the phone. She gave me an appointment for 730-930 that same morning. Alex, the repair tech, arrived at my door at 8:18. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my outdoor AC unit, replaced the broken part, stayed long enough to allow the system to cycle several times, and was gone in 20 minutes. I understand the high review rating. I found my HVAC contractor.
The required diagnostic appointment went smoothly, scheduling was a breeze. Their replacement estimate was reasonable, but the timeline has been rough. They don’t lose any stars for that it’s not within their control. They lose stars for completely ghosting me. I’ve not heard back from this company since April 2nd and I’ve been actively trying for several days now. Over the phone, via text and email. This is my last-ditch effort to elicit a response from this business.
Great team, super reliable. My old furnace got replaced and the guys came did the job and now we are happy. 100% recommended.
Alex was excellent and very professional. He’s extremely knowledgeable in his work and comes highly recommended.
