Very unorganized business. I am getting my bridesmaids dresses and groomsmen suits throught them. Every single time I have been there to do something they have lost my paper work. One of my guys had to run over to get fitted for his suit and they took about an hour to find the paper work and refused to measure him in the mean time - very inconvient my guys had to miss hours at work because of this. I sent in my measurements to be fitted for a bridesmaid dress. 2 months later when the dress arrived, it was 4 sizes too big. The company did not take responsibility for their mistake and I had to swallow my investment. It is a small town little shop with little customer service skills.
