Very nice and Very thorough
Absolutely the best part of purchasing a new construction home was hiring Kevin to do our inspection. He was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Despite getting push back from our builder to allow him to do several inspection's he was patient and worked with the builders difficult schedule. He was knowledgeable and very helpful with walking us through any issues he found with the house. Thank you very much Kevin and we plan seeing you again for our 11 month inspection!!!
Kevin is thorough, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He shared helpful tips with us as new homeowners and made sure we understood the features of our home that we needed to know. His report was detailed and laid out every issue with the house and how to address each one.
