At I Heart Therapy, my therapist has been amazing in helping me out with different things. She has used different methods to help me see things in different points of view. We have worked on exercises together and some she has me do on my own. One, for example, is even though I’m an adult sometimes my inner child comes out instead. Heather is amazing! I truly respect her guidance as well as her professionalism as she helps me to continue to grow and learn as an individual. Heather has been a wonderful therapist for me. I'm a 61 year old woman who survived incest and sexual abuse in a marriage. I've struggled with codependency and lack of self confidence my entire life.
