Is a bit slow communicating with me...expecting Joseph to finish the job...will post an updated review with pics when the pool is finished. UPDATE: This guy made numerous promises... never showed up. Don’t use this company. Joe Winkler requested a deposit for a pool safety fence installation. He came and laid two concrete footings and then we never saw him again. We have contacted him several times over the last few months with no luck in getting our money back. We are now in the process of taking legal action. Do yourself a favor check the BBB, which we failed to do.

Paid him half down never came back or answered my emails or calls
Paid this man $3500 for a deposit on a pool cover over 4 months ago. He has not done the work and now will not return my deposit or messages! I would definitely not recommend this person.
