My husband bought me a groupon for this massage and it was great. I made my appointmet using their online appointment service, which even allowed me to reschedule. Shay was punctual, professional, and personable. I read some people complaining about no answer when they called, but I appreciated that my massage wasn't stopped when the phone rang. I felt very comfortable and plan on returning.
Wonderful massage yesterday with Shea. She worked out the tension and knots in my neck and back. It was so relaxing, my arms and legs just tingled and felt like rubber bands. I got excellent care! I highly recommend I Got Your Back Massage and Wellness! Thank you, Shea!
I went today for a 60 min massage with Laurie. She was on time and very friendly. The massage was perfect, I left feeling like all my stress had been removed. She also helped with my sore shoulder.
Purchased a Groupon and they had no interest in booking my massage. I called numerous times, but it was such coincidence they never had any open appointments. I don't think they are too concerned with new customers, especially Groupon customers. Very disappointed I paid for a service I never received. Unfortunately that is poor customer service and highly unprofessional.
Nice people and a great massage. If you want a peaceful hour away from the craziness of life then give IGYB a try. You won't be sorry. Or sore!
I loved going here a month ago, and going back this past week. It's a very relaxing place, small, and the staff are super friendly! Stephanie did my massage and is amazing. I had a massage before years ago, and saw this place on Groupon and thought I'd give it a try. I am so incredibly thankful I did! Pretty average massage. I had Nina and she only used one hand and leaned on the table with the other the whole time. My husband loved his though. He had Stephanie. There was no hole area for your face so it was kind of uncomfortable. They gave me a "C" shaped neck pillow but it was hard to breathe in it face down. In the middle of our massage a customer came in and there was no one to help them so my husband's masseuse had to leave in the middle of the massage to help them.
