Horrible! Made an appointment to view a rental at 3 pm on Wednesday, Jeff emailed around noon on Tuesday asking if we could tour at 3 PM that day, we could not, he then asked if we could do 5 PM, and we couldn't do that either. So we kept the 3 PM for Wednesday, we were there at the Jeff was not, we called him and he said he had us down for 4:30. We rescheduled for 6 PM, we showed up at 6, again no Jeff! We called him again, then he claims he showed it to someone else at 4:30 ( our alleged time?) And they took it. Terrible!!... read more
