Zero stars review. This experience has really be disappointing. My reason for wanting to purchase a Mercedes Benz was Luxury and Quality. This dealership has soured me on the Mercedes experience. The vehicle was lease in December from Ig Burton and it has been a nightmare. The dealership didn't understand how to process an out of state registration, as a result the car is still not registered and it is June. I wanted to rate I.G. Burton BMW 5 Stars for my service visit. Actually, my experience started off very spirited, however When I reached out to the Director of operations and the General Manager the experience was wonderful. The General Manager (Kurt) spearheaded my concerns about our 2010 X5 Gathered all the information and helped fix any and all concerns. Turned out in a beautiful manner, talks GM Kurt again. I did file a complaint with the bbb, however that needs to be amended.
0 star rating. June 10, 2020 My 2010 BMW X5 was in for service to replace a water pump and thermostat. The issue was that the service adviser contacted me and stated that there was motor oil leaking onto the top radiator hose, They wanted Almost $1200.00 To repair a questionable issue. I requested photos and 3 were sent........there was no motor oil leaking to the visible eye. I declined, because I was highly suspect and was thinking fraud. I went to igburton to purchase a car like one I used to own after doing some minor repairs the car needed inside door handles ect I needed a part I called and was quoted 4 times what I found the genuine BMW part on line for . The parts tech said to me it's a gen BMW part why would I complain. First strike I fixed the car on my own ! Next the car got hit at the beach and I took it to auto body and got a call the next day for approval for 400 more to properly repair the car ???
