Jermey was absolutely fantastic! We have a landlord and had attempted to tell them for WEEKS that we had a leak because we felt a hot spot on our tile and our electric bill went through the roof. After much convincing, they booked Jermey to come on out and check out if that was the case. Had a great experience dealing with Rylin and Sunny from I Find Leaks. both were very professional and got my issue resolved immediately by scheduling, finding the leak really quick and me being able to get my plumber out to fix the issue immediately made the day great. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a company to find a leak real quick in your home and will definitely use them again.
Jeremy is incredibly patient and kind! He waited over 20 minutes for my tenant to arrive without any complaint. Throughout, he was very communicative, brought a positive energy, and quickly resolved the plumbing issue. Highly recommend!
I just had the most pleasant encounter with Sonny and Brock! It was suggested by my rodent exterminator that the entry source might be through a leak in the plumbing (100 year old home). They recommended I Find Leaks and the appointment was made.
