Jeremy is incredibly patient and kind! He waited over 20 minutes for my tenant to arrive without any complaint. Throughout, he was very communicative, brought a positive energy, and quickly resolved the plumbing issue. Highly recommend!
I just had the most pleasant encounter with Sonny and Brock! It was suggested by my rodent exterminator that the entry source might be through a leak in the plumbing (100 year old home). They recommended I Find Leaks and the appointment was made. Sunny texted and VM’d me to give me a heads up and arrived right on time Both guys were very personable and knowledgeable and got right to smoke detecting. I could not ask for better service, they arrived exactly when they said they would and did a extremely professional job. Found our leak and even made it easier for our plumber to complete the job. I am extremely happy and since this build has several other water lines if I ever have another leak I will definitely call them again to investigate.
