Amazing service. Polite, professional and cleaned up after the light fitting was replaced. Highly recommend.
The man came to reset computer, so that we could once again get into screen to access the playback feature. This was reset after the computer was switched off, disconnected & reconnected again. Working well now.
The electrician was polite and arrived on time. Unfortunately, he spent more than half an hour working on the wrong light switch. The invoice included a detailed scope of works which provided a list of information which I already knew - in the end I was charged for all this wasted time to eventually be told that I needed a new light bulb. When I questioned the size of the bill I did not receive a response. Cannot recommend.
These guys are tops from the office team who take the calls to Chris the owner down to his team. Always helpful and available. We used them for a whole house rewire and to change some light fittings - great comms! Thanks to all
