I am not so sure why this place gets such high ratings. The staff were not friendly, seemed annoyed that we didn’t have an appointment, yet had no problem when a man came in after us with no appointment. I asked for the massage pedicure and it was not a massage at all. The nail polish used seems cheap, they didn’t go all the way to the bottom of the nail, and the overall place did not feel clean.
