Found a mother of the bride dress here after looking at many other places. Great variety and very helpful consultants. Will be back for a mother of the groom dress in a few months!!! This place is a joke for a consignment shop. DO NOT waste your time taking your gown there. The ladies are rude and don't bother looking up the dress' style number before you arrive. I drove an hour to try and sell my gown I bought 6 months prior. I had an appt that I made 3 weeks prior in which I gave the woman the style number and designer. She was too lazy to look up. You are a joke! Thank you for wasting my time and my gas!
My sales associate Michelle was lovely and very helpful. I found a beautiful dress in the consignment section! My gripe with this place is that you get nasty looks and comments from the manager if your entourage takes photos. My mom and MOH couldn't come to the appointment as a snow storm had snowed them in down in Virginia, so we were taking photos of the dresses to send to them. I was then told to "only take photos of the top three dresses" but even when I was trying on the THIRD dress, the manager gave a nasty glare and a... read more
Wonderful Service - and all of their dresses are 'off the rack' so you literally drive home with it! I went here as my first place and found the dress of my dreams in 1 and half hours. Lora was my consultant and I highly recommend! The whole experience was fun and relaxing for my mom, friends and me.
I went looking for a dress for my vow renewal and had such a great experience. They have a great selection and were very helpful. I highly recommend!
